SafePlate Caroline Springs is a free program of Victoria Police, Rotary Caroline Springs supported by City of Melton providing and fitting anti-theft screws to vehicle registration plates to secure plates and avoid loosing your number plates. The fitting usually takes just 5 minutes and a BBQ will be operating while we are there.
