Rotary Can Project

Following the recent drop off of several bags of groceries, Glenys reminded all members that it would be great to put together a healthy collection of food items leading up to the Christmas and holiday period.

Caroline Chisholm Society was extremely grateful for our donations as always.

Perhaps some nice Christmas goodies could be on your shopping lists for the next few weeks??

Contact a member of Rotary Caroline Springs if you have items that you would like to donate.

CANS - soup, salmon, tuna, spam, fish, peas, corn, beetroot, fruit, spaghetti, baked beans, kidney beans (ring top cans if possible).

PASTA & RICE & CEREALS - Large packets of pasta, noodles, rice, pancake mix, cereals, weetbix, vitabrits, cornflakes, muesli, oats.

STAPLES - Long life milk, cordial, coffee, tea bags, sugar, flour, jam, honey, peanut butter, vegemite,

SNACK FOODS - Health food bars, chippies, treats, school snacks

CONDIMENTS - Salt, pepper, sauces, condiments, vinegar, cooking oil

Anything that will store well and is well within use by date.

If you don't have time to purchase items please make a monetary donation and we will do the shopping for you! Monetary donations are also used to purchase vouchers for meat, fruit & vegetables.

Let's give it a good go and show how ROTARY CAROLINE SPRINGS CAN!

Canvas 'green bag' grocery carry bags are also appreciated also.

Donations will be collected by Julianne, or a member at our weekly meeting.
