August is Membership Month. Bring a friend along to the next meeting
Are you an established professional who wants to make positive changes in your community and the world?
Our club members are dedicated people who share a passion for community service and friendship. Becoming a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group who share your drive to give back.
Our 1.2 million-member organization started with the vision of one man—Paul P. Harris. The Chicago attorney formed one of the world’s first service organizations, the Rotary Club of Chicago, on 23 February 1905 as a place where professionals with diverse backgrounds could exchange ideas and form meaningful, lifelong friendships. Rotary’s name came from the group’s early practice of rotating meetings among the offices of each member.
The Rotary Club of Caroline Springs is a relatively new club but we are here as part of your community in Caroline Springs. If you have a project come and talk with us, better speak at one of our meetings to see how we can collaborate with one another to serve this community and together we can connect.
You are invited to join us at an upcoming meetings held every Wednesday at Billy's Paddock. However we are holding next week meeting via zoom due to the lockdown. Contact us to find out more at rotarycarolinesprings@gmail.com
Together with Deepti Alurkar (MACE) and Rotary
Caroline Springs we raised more than our targeted $3000
from our Run for Rotary. In fact we raised $6500 for this
project which goes to support the effort for the Corvid
crises managed by the Rotary Club of Bombay and
Rotary Club of Queen city. This will
provide much
needed food aid to the hungry.
Fantastic effort to everyone especially to the runners who came to
support NiveditacNagarale. Everyone had a
great time and those that did not run, well they walked
around the
lake a few time.
Well done everyone!
WERN has begun moving to its new premises with the help of the many volunteers over the last month.
However our scheduled big move last weekend was postponed due to the 6th lockdown in Victoria. We will keep you update of when this move will take place.
But if you would like to volunteer do contact David or
Kathy. Volunteering is a great way to give back to your
community.
